Opening the Web App

Vehicle Friends works best in the latest version of Chrome. The reading and games remain available when speech recognition is unavailable.

Microphone or speech recognition does not work

Confirm that microphone permission is allowed for the website, then reopen Vehicle Friends in Chrome. Edge installed as an app is still an Edge PWA and may not provide working Web Speech recognition.

Microphone access and speech-recognition service availability are separate. Permission may be enabled even when the browser's recognition service cannot run.

Full-version access

Sign in with the purchasing account. Full content opens only after the server confirms an active entitlement for Vehicle Friends; payments are still in preparation.

The page looks out of date

Close the installed Web App or browser tab and open the current version again. Clearing website data may remove local preferences, but it cannot create or remove the server entitlement.
