Privacy Policy

Vehicle Friends is designed around data minimization. It does not require a child account, show third-party advertising, use third-party analytics, or ask children to provide personal information.

Information we do not collect

Vehicle Friends does not collect children's names, birthdays, addresses, email addresses, precise location, photos, contacts, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking information.

Information stored on the device

Language preferences and reading progress may be stored in the browser or app on the device. Local state is never treated as proof of paid access.

Microphone and speech recognition

Speaking activities may request microphone permission. Vehicle Friends does not save recordings or upload audio to Jiseikou Studio servers.

On the web, supported browsers or operating systems may process speech through their own recognition services. Their handling is governed by the browser or platform provider's privacy policy.

Support and problem reports

A parent may send a problem report from the parent area. A report can include the parent's message and technical context such as the current page, interface language, browser type, and time of the report. Please do not include a child's personal information.

Purchases

Web payments are not live. If enabled, the planned flow uses Stripe Managed Payments; App Store purchases remain a separate Apple channel. Vehicle Friends does not receive full payment-card details.

Retention and deletion

Device settings remain until app or browser data is cleared. Account and per-book entitlement records are retained only as needed to provide access, support, financial audit, and legal compliance.

Children's privacy

Purchases, external links, support, and settings are placed behind a parent gate. Vehicle Friends is not designed for children to submit personal information.
